Toolsattack Returns Policy
We accept the return of all goods as long as they are unused and in their original packaging and condition. If you return goods, as detailed below, within 7 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item less the delivery cost. Goods not received back in acceptable condition may be refused or a restocking fee applied.
We will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the goods to you for either of the following reasons:
the goods delivered to you are different to those ordered by you (this refers to the goods detailed in your confirmation email)
the goods delivered to you are damaged on arrival or faulty
Damaged Or Faulty Goods
You can always return goods if they are damaged or defective. You should inspect the goods as soon as you receive them for defects or damage. If you find any goods to be damaged or faulty you must inform us within 7 working days of receipt of goods. If the goods are found to be damaged or faulty on delivery to you we will replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.
How To Return an Item
If you would like to return an item please call the Partservice Ltd. on 01392 215635. You will need to have the following details to hand: your Order Reference Number, your email address, a daytime contact number and a reason for the return. In the case of a damaged, defective or faulty product, please be prepared to provide a full description of the problem. This will ensure that we can process your return as quickly as possible for you.
All returns must be sent back to us in their original packaging. In the case of damaged items where the packaging itself is damaged please include the damaged packaging with the returned product.
